Distribution. Mostly the Eastern Mediterranean Region, known also from European Russia and Western Asia ( Bonato et al. 2011a; Chipman et al. 2013; Simaiakis et al. 2013; Volkova 2016). Russia: Crimea, Tatarstan, Rostov-on-Don Region, Kalmykia ( Ghilarov & Folkmanova 1957; Titova 1975; Volkova 2016; Zuev & Evsyukov 2016), and Dagestan ( Muralewicz 1926).

Remarks. Morphology of the specimens mainly agrees with the Bonato et al. (2011a), but differs in the number of LBS: both ♂ with 75 ( vs. 59–71), ♀ with 79 ones ( vs. 63–73).
