Diagnosis. Mandible with upper and lower teeth of similar length. Notaulus reaching past center of mesoscutum. Posterior transverse carina of the mesosternum incomplete. Hind rim of metanotum without a small tooth-like widening. Propodeum lacking posterior transverse carina or represented by propodeal apophyses in the form of crests. Wings of normal size, longer than thorax. Fore wing with areolet rectangular or trapezoidal, wider than high, medium sized to small, not as high as the section of 2m-cu above the bulla. Hind wing with M+CU weakly to strongly arched. Petiole usually with a basal lateral tooth. Spiracle of tergite 1 behind its mid-length. Ovipositor extended beyond tip of metasoma. Upper valve of ovipositor tip without teeth or ridges.
