Discussion. This very common species is widely distributed in the eastern Nearctic region from Ontario and Quebec, Canada, south to Louisiana and Florida . We provide the first records in the Neotropical region from Veracruz, Mexico .

Material Examined. MEXICO, Veracruz, Municipio Actopan , Localidad El Farrallón, 13–14-Ago-2009, en potrero cercano a la localidad, Trampa Malaise, C. Pérez-Rentería & A. Rodríguez-Atanacio, 1 male ; 5 females, 2 males (OH). New Mexico Record.
