Gonocoxae: ventral emargination deep, broadened medially; ventral bridge unsetose, with indistinct transverse suture; anterior processes of apodemes as long as distance separating them. Gonostylus 3 times longer than wide. Tegmen blunt-ended; apodemes small.
Etymology. The species epithet is a Latin adjective meaning “with narrow gonostyli”.
Type material. Holotype. Male, Brunei, Ulu Temburong National Park, Kuala Belalong Field Studies Centre, 27 Jan.–17 Feb. 2015, lowland mixed dipterocarp forest, Malaise trap (#2), D. Kaspřák & M. Mantič (in UBDC).
