TYPE GENUS.— Fidicina Amyot & Audinet-Serville 1843: 472 View in CoL .

REMARKS.— Boulard & Martinelli (1996) separated the subtribe from the majority of species of the tribe with the erection of their subtribe Guyalnina Boulard & Martinelli, 1996 . The presence of two segmented tarsi in species of the Fidicinina distinguishes them from the members of the Guyalnina ( Boulard & Martinelli 1996) .
