Distribution: India.

Disscussion. Based on the figures in the literature included, it appears that S. fuscomelanus may be a junior synonym of S. melanus . We did not examine the types of these species, but the style, connective and subgenital plate appear to be identical and the differences only in the apex of aedeagus.
