Ophion tenuicornis Johansson in Johansson & Cederberg, 2019: 70‒72; Figs 9I , 34. Holotype ♀ collected in Sweden in NHRS, examined.

Material examined: IRAN: 1♀, Golestan Province, P. M. Golestan, Tang-e Gol, 930 m . a. s., 7 May 2000, Mogh / Badii / Mof. / Ebra. leg. ( HMIM) ; 2♀♀, Gilan Province, 5 km Lakan rd, 63 m . a. s., 25 Jun. 2003, Mogh / Nas. leg. ( HMIM) .

Remarks: A quite common species in the western Palaearctic.Closely related to Ophion parvulus Kriechbaumer , but with the flagellomeres longer and with longer pilosity and the temples more strongly narrowed.
