Atrovirensis yoshimotoi Gyulai, Ronkay & Wu, 2013, Fibigeriana supplement: 1: 128, Pl. 39:19, 20; gen. figs 11, 12 (Typelocality: China, Prov. Guangdong, Nanling [Holotype: male, NSMT]).
Diagnosis. Adult ( Fig. 16 View FIGURES 16 – 23 ). Wingspan 34–35 mm. A. yoshimotoi somewhat resembled A. euplexina by wing pattern, but differs by the shorter and more rounded shape of forewing. It is easily separable from the other congeners by its uniquely pale and extensive, lichen-green forewing basal and subterminal fields and orbicular and reniform stigmata, the yellowish-green suffused dark brown median field and the white bordered basal, ante- and postmedial lines. Male genitalia ( Fig. 33 View FIGURES 33 – 35 ). The male genitalia of A. yoshimotoi have similar outline of valvae with those of the species of the sinica species-group but can be distinguished by the narrower juxta with U-shaped and more sclerotized distal part, the thicker and shorter harpe and the more evenly rounded cucullus with more elongated neck. The aedeagus has no distinct diverticulum on vesica, which armed in the basal part by small but strong, conical cornuti, and the diverticula are vestigial, but indicated by short, broad based cornuti; the straight, distally flattened large cornutus is located distally. Female genitalia ( Fig. 46 View FIGURES 45 – 47 ). In the female genitalia of A. yoshimotoi , the antrum is strongly sclerotized, shortly T-shaped; the ductus bursae is broader in width with dense granules sclerotisation and with longitudinal wrinkles in its walls.
