Published (original) locality: “Chita Prov., 20 km S Telemba”.

Holotype: ♂, Чит.[инскаЯ область], 20 Ю Телемба [ Russia, Buryatia Republic , 20 km S of Telemba, 52°32′N 113°16′E], 12. VI.[19]91, on Fragaria [flowers], Романькова [ T. Romankova leg.] // Holotypus Panurginus mikhno Romankova, Astafurova , ♂ <red label> // Zoological Institute St. Petersburg INS_HYM_0002629 .

Paratypes: ♀, 4 ♂, the same label as in the lectotype; 12 ♂, Telemba , 10.VI.1991, T. Romankova ; ♂, Yamarovka , 3277 ft, 15.VI.1905, P. Mikhno // Paratypus Panurginus mikhno Romankova & Astafurova, 2011 <red label> <identical red labels on each paratype specimen>.
