Eugoa muluana Holloway, 2001 , Moths of Borneo 7: 423, pl. 7: 28, 374, 403. TL: Sarawak.

Redescription ( Figs. 9a, b ). Wingspan 17–18 mm in male, 16–19 mm in female. Forewing ground color dark brown, with pale median area, without spot; postmedian line clearly oblique; cilia brownish. Hindwing fuscous gray, with pale dorsal area; cilia pale brownish. Male genitalia ( Fig. 28 ). Uncus slender, hook-shaped; almost the same length of tegumen. Valvae rod-shaped, rounded apically, with a row of setose and a large, conic process at middle of costal margin. Aedeagus with weakly sclerotized distal end, and with scobinate. Female genitalia ( Fig. 48 ). Lamella antevaginalis with a pair sclerotized, rounded plates. Ductus bursae short, membranous. Corpus bursae irregularly globular, heavily covered with thin spines.

Distribution. Cambodia (Mondulkiri, Kirirom, Koh Kong, Pursat, Samkos, Seima), Thailand, Peninsular Malaysia, Borneo.

Remarks. This species was reported from Cambodia by Bucsek (2008).
