Examined material.

CHINA • 1♂ (IZAS), Yunnan, Yongping to Yangbi, 29.V.1955, X. C. Yang leg.; 1♂ (MHBU), Xizang, Cawarong, Meri Snow Mountain, 3255.65m, 18.VII.2023, G. D. Ren leg.

Descriptive notes. Male ( Fig. 2A View FIGURE 2 ).Aedeagus ( Figs 3A–C View FIGURE 3 ) strongly sclerotized.Parameres moderately developed and spoon-shaped, about 1/5 length of phallus, with lateral margins converging distad in ventral view ( Fig. 3B View FIGURE 3 ) and widely emarginated in lateral view ( Fig. 3C View FIGURE 3 ). Phallus constricted at basal 1/5 portion, then progressively expanded distad in dorsal view ( Fig. 2A View FIGURE 2 ), subapical part strongly and asymmetrically inflated laterally, about 3.5 times as wide as basal part, with a long-fusiform ventral-cavity, apical part progressively constricted distad, apex about 0.3 times as wide as subapical part; basal part feebly curved ventrally at basal 1/3 portion and bent dorsally at apical 5/9 portion ( Fig. 3C View FIGURE 3 ), subapical part flat ventrally, apical part parallel-sided.

Distribution. China (Sichuan, Yunnan, Xizang).

Remarks. Kazantsev (2002) provided illustrations of aedeagus in ventral and lateral views and male antennomeres III and IV for this species. Here we present the macro photographs of the male habitus, and phallus in ventral, dorsal, and lateral views, as well as a detailed description of the phallus, to make it better known.
