Additions and corrections to the description. Detailed nymphal characters of Nigrobaetis paramakalyani are mentioned in Kubendran et al. (2015). However, there are several errors in the description made. The addition and corrections to the description are listed as follows: i) posterior margin of tergum with long and apically blunt triangular spines on segments I to X ( Fig. 4C ); ii) gill IV elongated with dark margin, relatively long setae and serrated all along margins, tracheation well visible but poorly divided ( Fig. 4E ); iii) paraproct with 9–10 marginal spines ( Fig. 4D ).
