Material examined. CHINA: Hubei Province: 2 males, 4 females, Shennongjia, Hongshitougou, 1870 m, pitfall traps, 28.VII–10.VIII.1998, coll. Hongzhang Zhou (IZ-CAS); 2 males, Shennongjia, Jiuhuping, Chegou, 1870 m, pitfall traps, 24.VII–8.VIII.1998, coll. Junjian He (IZ-CAS); 1 male, Shennongjia, Pingqiangangou, 1610 m, pitfall traps, 1–8.VIII.1998, coll. Xiaodong Yu (IZ-CAS); Shaanxi Province: 4 males, 4 females, Ankang, Baxianzhen, Ganjiaping, 1980–2005 m, Pinus tabulaeformis forest, pitfall traps, 9–13.VII.2002, coll. Xiaodong Yu & Jie Wu (IZ-CAS).
Measurements. Body length: 14.2–15.9 mm. CL: 0.79; EL: 2.50; ELS: 1.24; EW: 2.65; HL: 2.12; HW: 2.37; PO: 0.89; PL: 2.61; PW: 2.26.
Distribution. Miobdelus gemellus is at present known from the provinces of Hubei and Shaanxi in China.
