Diagnosis. Crown and anterior half of pronotum pale yellow to pink with dark spots reticulum-shaped; posterior half of pronotum and forewings dark, mottled yellow, scutellum yellow variably marked with black; clypeus pink with black transverse band along of suture transclipeal; pleura yellow. Male: subgenital plates short, not reaching to middle of pygofer; styles short, which do not extend beyond of apex of connective; shaft of aedeagus elongate with pair of thin basal processes, and other thin and narrow basal process arising from ventral medial portion.
Female terminalia. Abdominal sternite VII, in ventral view ( Fig. 11 View FIGURES 1 – 20 ), with lateral margins slightly parallel, lateroposterior margins broadly rounded, and posterior margin slightly convex, with median small projection; surface with scattered microsetae. Pygofer, in lateral view, slightly produced posteriorly; surface with scattered microsetae and a few macrosetae on posteroventral region of disc. First valvifers, in lateral view, longer than tall; with small spiniform processes on ventral region and fine setae on posterior margin. First ovipositor valvulae, in lateral view, slightly rectilinear; dorsal and ventral sculptured areas formed by scale-like processes arranged in oblique lines; apex acute ( Fig. 31 View FIGURES 21 – 40 ), with denticles on dorsal and ventral margins. Second valvulae, in lateral view, rectilinear or slightly broadened beyond basal curvature; dorsal margin of blade bearing 32 to 35 noncontiguous teeth, each tooth subtriangular, declivous posteriorly, with denticles on anterior and posterior margins ( Fig. 51 View FIGURES 41 – 60 ); ducts extending toward teeth and toward apical blade portion; apex rounded ( Fig. 71 View FIGURES 61 – 80 ), with denticles on dorsal and ventral margins; preapical ventral prominence conspicuous. Gonoplacs, in lateral view, with small spiniform processes on ventral margin; apex rounded.
