Materials examined. Seroja Camp (04°39.415′N, 101° 16.333′E), 3–5 July 2019 (GKA003–005, 052, 063, 082).
Identification. Tympanum indistinct, obscured by skin; entire dorsal surface covered with irregularly sized,
spinose tubercles; gular and pectoral region covered with similar but smaller tubercles; tubercles on belly flat, not bearing spinose asperities; interorbital ridges and supratympanic fold absent; tarsal ridge distinct; parotoid gland large and round; dorsal color brown to gray with no distinct markings; hind limbs with indis- tinct bars. These characters are in agreement with Berry (1975).
Remarks. These toads were abundant and could be heard calling within and adjacent to all moderately sized streams at both sampling sites.
