Description. Female. Pronotum short, disc comparatively flat. Tegmen absent. Tenth abdominal tergite slightly concave at posterior margin. Supra anal plate triangular, apex rounded. Cerci conical, apices acute. Ovipositor clearly curved upwards, base stout, apex acute, ventral margin of ovipositor with small teeth at apical area. Subgenital plate broad and nearly trapezoidal, posterior margin truncatus , the middle of posterior margin with a very small notch. Disc of pronotum dark brown, only lateral lobe with narrow black edge along posterior margin.
Discussion. Lipotactes truncates Shi & Li, 2009 was published earlier than Lipotactes baishanzuensis, Liu, Zhou & Bi, 2010 , so Lipotactes baishanzuensis is a synonym of Lipotactes truncatus .
Distribution. China (Fujian, Zhejiang).
