Distribution. Korea, Japan, Russia.

Host plants. Quercus variabilia [ Fagaceae ] in Korea ( Kumata et al. 1983; De Prins & De Prins 2006 –2023). Quercus acutissima , Q. variabilis [ Fagaceae ] in Japan ( Kumata 1963a; Fujihara et al. 2001; De Prins & De Prins 2006 –2023). Quercus mongolica [ Fagaceae ] in Russia ( De Prins & De Prins 2006 –2023; Kirichenko et al. 2019).
