Description. See Konishi (1989, 1990) and Turrisi (2007: 16). Here we describe male genitalia of this species for the first time.
Subgenital plate with a short apodema sternalis, anterior margin round laterally, straight to slightly concave medially, its median part with scale-like sculpture ( Fig. 24 View FIGURES 24 – 28 ). Apex of paramere acute, cuspis wide and curved, digitus wide with lower apex narrow and long ( Figs. 25, 26, 28 View FIGURES 24 – 28 ). Aedeagus more or less straight, its penis valve about 2.5 times as long as basal apodeme ( Fig. 27 View FIGURES 24 – 28 ), its apex produced in dorsal and ventral views ( Figs. 25, 26 View FIGURES 24 – 28 ).

Distribution. JAPAN (Ogasawara Islands: Anejima Island, Anijima Island, Chichijima Island, Hahajima Island, Imoutojima Island, Mukojima Island, Mukoujima Island and Otoutojima Island). Biology. Konishi (1989, 1990) recorded the host of this species: Ceresium unicolor (Fabricius 1787) ( Coleoptera , Cerambycidae ). The host cerambicid beetle used an introduced plant, Leucaena leucocephala (Fabaceae) .
Remarks. This species is newly recorded from Anejima Island, Anijima Island, Imoutojima Island, Mukojima Island, Mukoujima Island and Otoutojima Island.
