( Figs. 19–27 View FIGURES 19 – 27 )
Crown and pronotum ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 19 – 27 ) milky yellow, with brown yellow markings. Pattern on pronotum with orange color. Eyes ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 19 – 27 ) brown yellow. Scutellum ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 19 – 27 ) with basal triangles yellowish orange; its apex dark, yellowish brown. Two yellowish brown L-shaped (or orthogonal) stripes near inner margins of basal triangles. Abdominal apodemes ( Fig. 21 View FIGURES 19 – 27 ) slightly shorter than those of other new species, just extending to posterior margin of 4th segment.
Male genitalia: Pygofer lobe ( Fig. 22 View FIGURES 19 – 27 ) broad, with long ventral appendage extended beyond dorsal margin of pygofer and few microtrichia scattered on dorsocaudal portion. Subgenital plate ( Fig. 23 View FIGURES 19 – 27 ) short and expanded, with single long subbasal macroseta and many microsetae at apex. Style ( Fig. 24 View FIGURES 19 – 27 ) long, with two short fine setae near midlength. Aedeagus ( Figs. 25, 26 View FIGURES 19 – 27 ) apex hooklike, with serrated upper margin and subapex also with serrated lateral margins; long atrial process arising at base ventrally ( Figs. 25, 26 View FIGURES 19 – 27 ). Aedeagus preatrium ( Figs. 25, 26 View FIGURES 19 – 27 ) much longer than dorsal apodeme. Gonopore ( Fig. 26 View FIGURES 19 – 27 ) near apex on ventral surface. Connective ( Fig. 27 View FIGURES 19 – 27 ) Y-shaped, with small central lobe.
Specimens examined. Holotype, 3, China, Sichuan Prov., Mt. Qianfo, 800 m, 13 Aug. 2007, coll. Jichun Xing. Paratypes: 23, same data as holotype; 153, 14Ƥ, China, Guizhou Prov., Mt. Leigong, Lianhuaping, 1400– 2180 m, at light, 15 Sep. 2005, coll. Yuehua Song.
Measurement. Body length males 3.2–3.3 mm, females 3.0–3.2 mm (including wings).
Remarks. The new species is close to L. dworakowskae Chou & Ma (1981) , but differs in having the lateral margins of the aedeagal shaft serrate subapically ( Fig. 35 View FIGURES 28 – 37 ) and the aedeagus ( Figs. 25, 26 View FIGURES 19 – 27 ) with a single strong atrial process arising from the base, not paired.
Etymology. The new species is named for its type locality ‘‘Mt. Qianfo’’.
