Distribution. South-East and East Europe, Caucasus.
Material examined. 130 specimens ( KUMN, SIZK, ZMUN, ZMUM, ZIN)
Biology. Deciduous and mixed forests. This species is represented in Ukraine by parthenogenetic populations; bisexual form occurs in Caucasus. Beetles nocturnal, occur in V–XI. Polyphagous.
