Maltsev leg., 4.vi.1952; Odesa Prov.: 1 spec. (IMC) Bylyaivka Distr., Mayaky, right shore of Dnypro River, I.K. Lopatin leg., 19.vii.1951.
Biology. Xerothermic habitats. Adults occur in VI–VII. Oligophagous on Centaurea (Asteraceae) ( Clement et al. 1988; Fornasari & Sobhian 1993).
