Biology. Xerothermic grasslands, sandy habitats. Adults occur in V–X ( Dieckmann 1977). On Fabaceae : Ononis spinosa hircina ( Penecke 1928; Khrolinsky 1965; Dieckmann 1977); O. spinosa spinosa ( Hoffmann 1958; Smreczyński 1965; Dieckmann 1977); O. spinosa procurrens ( Hoffmann 1958; Dieckmann 1977).
