Like 1 but perennial, scentless, with a stout, fleshy, branched rhizome; stems pubescent; leaves ovateelliptical to oblong, pubescent, the lower bullate-undulate; flower-pairs in a dense, terminal spike; pedicels c. 5 mm, glabrous; calyx glabrous; corolla c. 3-5 cm, subrotate, greenish at base, yellowish at margin, the lobes with two purple lines; ovary villous. S. Spain (near Câdiz). Hs. (N. Africa.)
