Like 38 but stems 12-50 cm; leaves 10-20mm; upper lip entire or emarginate; lower lip with subequal lobes, usually ciliate; filaments inserted 3-4(-5) mm above base of corolla; stigma yellow, but orange or brownish later; style neither exserted nor convolute. On Salvia glutinosa and? S. pratensis . Alps, mountains o f N. & C. Jugoslavia and S. W. Romania. Au Ga Ge He It Ju Rm.
