Material studied. 1 male, ECUADOR, Napo prov., Yanayacu Biological Station , 00°36’59.12’’S 77°52’59.56’’W, alt 2122 m., Malaise trap, 1–3.ix.2019, leg. X. Mengual (on slide, INABIO) GoogleMaps .

Remarks. This species was described from Costa Rica ( Jaschhof & Hippa 2005) and had not been recorded since.
