Material studied. 1 male, FRENCH GUIANA: Régina, Kaw Mts, Amazon Nature Lodge , 4.55856N 52.20612W, alt 290m, Malaise trap, 23.xi–7.xii.2014, leg. K.Alliku (in alcohol, IZBE) GoogleMaps ; 1 male, same data except 26.i–12.ii.2015, leg. A. Truuverk (in alcohol, IZBE) GoogleMaps .

Remarks. Having been described from French Guiana and Ecuador by Hippa & Kurina (2013), the species has been subsequently recorded from the Iquitos area in Peru ( Hippa et al. 2017).
