Dromaeolus cylindricollis (Say, 1836)
In Canada, this eucnemid species was previously known from Ontario and Québec. In the United States, D. cylindricollis has been recorded from Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin ( Muona 2000; Otto 2012) and recorded for the first time in Rhode Island and Vermont. Specimens were taken from Lindgren funnel traps. RHODE ISLAND: Kent County: 10.8 km W Coventry, 12–27 August 2016, L. Petermen and K. Inoue (CMNH), Rutland County: 2.2 km NE Rutland, 17 June–8 July 2016, 8–22 July 2016, 22 July–4 August 2016, 4–24 August 2016, E. Inoue (CMNH).
