Material examined: 2♂, 3♀, Odesa reg., Izmail distr., vic. of Vylkove city, Zhebriyanska ridge, 45°25’25”N, 29°34’37”E, 11.07., 29.08.2020 (Ye. Khalaim) (VYe) . 1 ex., Odesa reg., Izmail distr., vic. of Vylkove city, Zhebriyanska ridge, 45°25’25”N, 29°34’37”E, ex larva, 11.07.2020 ( S. Novytskyi) ( SN) . 1♀, Odesa reg., Bilhorod- Dnistrovskyi distr. , S vic. of Dyviziya vill., 45°55’15”N, 29°58’24”E, 15.08.2020 (Ye. Khalaim) (VYe) .

Distribution: Italy, SE Europe, Turkey, Transcaucasia, Syria, Transcaspia, N Iran ( Slamka 2013; Koçak & Kemal 2018); Russia: Lower Volga region, Caucasus (Sinev & Streltsov 2019); first record for Ukraine: Odesa region.

Biology. One larva was collected 17.VII.2020 on Periploca graeca L. ( Figs 11–12 ) from vicinity of Vylkove city ( Fig. 13 ). On 18.VII.2020 larva was pupated, and the adult emerged on 27.VII.2020.Adults were collected from first decade of July to end of August.
