Alata Group Cadena-Castañeda and Cortés-Torres, new group
Anabropsis alata , A. marmorata and A. rentzi Cadena-Castañeda and Cortés-Torres , n. sp. form this group. The species differ from the other groups in the following: all species macropterous; the ovipositor is uniformly smooth and curves sharply from the medial region to the apex (in the holotype of A. alata the abdomen is missing and the sex of the specimen is not known) and the apex of the ovipositor is blunt (Plate 3, 4 and 5).
