Diagnosis. This species is characterized by the presence of the extremely long scape about three times as long as wide, the projections on median arch of male gonarcus forked at tip, and the arcessus rounded at base.
Description. Male. Body length 16.5–18.2 mm, forewing length 20.6–24.0 mm, hindwing length 18.5–21.0 mm.
Head broad, with reddish triangular markings on vertex. Antennae yellow, scape extremely long, about three times as long as width. Frons, clypeus and gena without spots. Maxillary palpi with brown stripe on outer side, labial palpi brownish yellow.
Thorax with short black setae, with pale reddish stripe near middle and irregular brown markings on lateral side.
Legs with dense setae and without spots. Pretarsal claws brown, with basal dilation.
Forewing long and narrow, without shadings; gradate series brown. Pterostigma indistinct. Costal area with 33– 37 crossveins; 22 radial crossveins present. m1 smaller than m2; im triangular; 15–17 crossveins present between Psm and Psc. c1 smaller than c2, dcc closed. cu1, cu2 and cu3 brown. A1 forked, A2 and A3 simple. Gradates in three or four rows, inner gradate series extended basally parallel to Psm.
Hindwing long and narrow, without shadings. Pterostigma indistinct. Costal area with 28 crossveins; 20–21 radial crossveins and 13–14 psm-psc crossveins present. Gradates in three rows, basal crossvein of inner gradate series not meeting Psm.
Abdomen with dense setae. Tergum VII and sternum VII subquadrate in lateral view; tergum VIII and sternum VIII about half length of tergum VII; sternum IX elongated and constricted near tip; tergum IX fused with ectoproct, concaved at middle. Callus cerci ovoid. Gonarcus arcuate, projections on median arch forked at tip, lateral arms expanded; entoprocessus broad; arcessus rounded at base.
Female. Body length 17.8 mm, forewing length 23.5 mm, hindwing length 19.9 mm.
Sternum VII longer than tergum VII; tergum VII subquadrate in lateral view; tergum VIII shorter than tergum VII; tergum IX fused with ectoproct. Callus cerci ovoid. Subgenitale wide and bilobed apically; spermatheca thin, vela short, ventral impression absent, duct long and coiled.

Etymology. The specific epithet ‘ biloba ’ refers to the projections on median arch of male gonarcus forked at tip in the new species.
Distribution. China (Sichuan, Xizang, Yunnan).
Remarks. This species is unique because of its extremely long scape and the male gonarcus having forked projections.
