Type locality. GEORGIA : Ajaria, Batumi, Batumi Botanical Garden, Zeleny Mys (Green Cape).
Material studied (total: 16 males, 24 females) . Topotypes (total: 2 males, 10 females) . GEORGIA: 2 males, 10 females , Ajaria, Zelenyi Mys, Batumi Botanical Garden , 20–150 m asl, forest litter, 9 Oct. 1981, S. Golovatch leg. ( ZMUM ρ3221).
Other material (total: 14 males, 14 females). All from GEORGIA : 4 males, 5 females, Ajaria, Kintrish Nature Reserve , Zeraboseli , 450–600 m asl, deciduous forest, litter and under stones, 13 Oct. 1981, S. Golovatch leg. ( ZMUM ρ3222) ; 1 male, 2 females, same data, except: 800 m asl, Rhododendron thicket, litter ( ZMUM ρ3223) ; 2 males, 6 females (ZMUM ρ3224), 2 males, 1 female ( IZB), same data, except: 12 Oct. 1984, E. Kvavadze leg. ; 1 male, Ajaria, Keda District, Tskhmorisi , deciduous forest, litter, 11 Oct. 1981, S. Golovatch leg. ( IZB) ; 1 male, Ajaria, E of Kobuleti , 3 km SE of Chakhati, deciduous forest, near spring, litter and under stones, 14 Oct. 1981, S. Golovatch leg. ( ZMUM ρ3225) ; 1 male, Ajaria, Q’orolistavi towards mountain Mts, Mt’ irala, 940 m asl, Fagus & Alnus forest along a small dry river, dense Rubus understory, thin layer of Alnus leaves, 1 Oct. 2012, F. Walther leg. ( SMNG) ; 1 male, same data, except: 730 m asl, old Fagus forest with logs and a dense layer of leaf litter ( SMNG) ; 1 male (fragmented), Sataplia Nature Reserve, near Tsqaltubo (= Tskhaltubo), Apr. 1983, D.A. Krivolutsky leg. ( ZMUM ρ3226).
Notes. Some morphological details were omitted from the original description by Golovatch (1981): male legpairs 3 and 4 each with a basal exterior protrusion on the prefemur and a tarsal bulge. Male leg-pair 5 with a basal oral protrusion on the prefemur. The sternum of male leg-pair 12 has an oral medial protrusion. The sternum of male leg-pair 13 is likewise with an oral medial protrusion, the coxae being rounded and swollen. A depression is observed between the ocellaria ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 B, C). The body has 31 segments (including telson) in adults.
