Holotype (9533): 1 ♀, Brazil, Amazonas, Manaus, ‘Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária’ (Embrapa, Site 1), from Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg. (Euphorbiaceae) , 10.VIII.2012, coll. F.M. Nuvoloni.

Paratypes (9234, 9534): 4 ♀, 3 ♂, same data as holotype; 3 ♀, Brazil, Acre, close to Rio Branco, ‘Fazenda Experi- mental Catuaba’ (Site 8), from H. pauciflora (Spruce ex Benth.) Müll.Arg. (Euphorbiaceae) , 20.VIII.2012; coll. F.M. Nuvoloni.
