Holotype (6906): ♂, Brazil, Distrito Federal, Brasília, “Fazenda Água Limpa”, 15°57’S 47°56’W, from olivaceous woodcreeper, Sittasomus griseicapillus (Vieillot) ( Passeriformes , Dendrocolaptidae ), 25. III.2002, coll. M.F. Kanegae.

Paratypes (6906): 2 ♀, same data as holotype .
