Holotype (2183): 1 ♂, Brazil, São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto, UNESP Campus, from Triplaris surinamensis L. ( Polygonaceae ), 31.V.1991.
Paratypes (2184–2214): same data as holotypes with exceptions, 7 ♀, 2 ♂, 29.V.1991; 12 ♂, 31.V.1991; 6 ♀, 8 ♂, 3 DN, 2 PN, 8 L, 4.VI.1991; 4 ♂, 9.VI.1991; same host as holotype and from different sites in S.J. Rio Preto , São Paulo State, Brazil .
