Distribution. Canada, USA, and Mexico.
Hosts. Blarina brevicauda , Cryptotis parva , Sorex cinereus , and S. fumeus . Other hosts. Carnivora : Mustela erminea , M. frenata , and Mustela sp. Insectivora ( Talpidae ): Condylura cristata and Parascalops breweri .
