Distribution in the US and Canada. AB, AK, AZ, BC, CA, CO, ID, MB, ME, MI, MN, MT, NB, NS, ON, OR, QC, UT, WA, YT ( Bousquet et al. 2013; Cognato et al. 2009; Wood 1982).

Remarks. This specimen was previously reported in Appendix 1 of Dodds et al. (2019) but was lacking collection data. The specimen is deposited in the USFS Durham Field Office Forest Insect Collection (DFOC), Durham, NH.
