Cidnopus pilosus (Leske, 1785)
Chorotype: Europe -Meditterranean
Kaun.: Netoniai env., 22 05 2002 (1, R.F.), 25 05 2007 (2, R.F.), [ TIZM] .
To this day only few older than 80 years records of C. pilosus have been documented in Lithuania before ( Pileckis 1960, Pileckis & Monsevičius 1995, Ferenca 2006) ( Fig. 5 View Fig ). The species is local and sporadical in Lithuania as well as in Latvia and described as very rare ( Barševskis 2005). It is worth to notice that all information published before has been based on A. Palionis cards’ data. The authors of the current article can not confirm this data as the specimens of C. pilosus collected by A. Palionis are lost.
