Genus Eulioptera Ragge, 1956
The genus Eulioptera Ragge, 1956 is very heterogeneous. Following Ragge (1980) fore coxae may be armed or with a very small spine, and hind tibiae may have 2-3 apical spurs on each side, because the only species with only 1 apical spur from Annobon island, Equatorial Guinea, E. insularis was transferred to the genus Pigalua by Massa (2017a).
