Material examined: Banhinda (P.N. T. Cacheu) (12º 12´16.67´´ N, 16º 02´56.45´´ W, 25 m alt.) ( CAC), 26. VI.2009, 3 males, LT, A. Serrano leg., ASC.
Remarks. The species is widespread throughout western and central Africa ( Lorenz 2021). It was first recorded in the former “ Guinea portoghese ” by Brivio (1957) and later in Guinea-Bissau by Serrano (2009a). The adult specimens were captured by LT within an open secondary forest ( Table 1 View TABLE 1 ). It is a new species record for the CAC Administrative Region, Guinea-Bissau.
