Type material: Possible type material of an adult specimen deposited in NRM, catalogue number NHRSGULI000079078 ( GBIF 2022) .
Type locality: Sweden: Öland ( GBIF 2022) .
Geographical distribution: Holarctic ( Gerecke et al. 2016; Plazi.org 2022).
Distribution in Portugal: South: Alentejo, in Ribeira de Odivelas ( Lundblad 1956).
Ecological notes: Slightly brackish to freshwater, at standing/lentic and temporary waters ( Gerecke et al. 2016); present in plants, such as Batrachium spp. , Myriophyllum spp. , Nymphea spp. ( Lundblad 1956) .
