Comments: This species is widely distributed across the whole Baltic and Fennoscandian region ( Silfverberg 2004), and has also been recorded from Belarus ( Alexandrovitch et al. 1996). On the territory of the northern part of the former East Prussia, it was collected in the northern and central parts of the Sambian peninsula and in Königsberg [Kaliningrad] ( Bercio & Folwaczny 1979). The species is dendrophilic and mycetophagous, and it occurs under the bark of broadleaved trees.
