Geographical distribution. Diceroproctaruatana has previously been reported from Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua ( Metcalf 1963a; Sanborn 2006a; 2010b; Sanborn and Maes 2012; Maes et al. 2012).

Huntsman (1 female, BYUC); Prov. Guanacanaste, El Centro Ecológico La Pacífico, 4 – VI – 1989, J.T. McBurney (1 female, BYUC).
