Webs of this species were common in the leaf litter in a cloud forest of the southwestern region of the country ( fig. 15A, B View Fig ). The web was a horizontal planar orb web with numer- ous radii (including many accessory radii) and without out-of-plane radii in the finished webs, as is typical of this family (e.g., Griswold et al., 1998: fig. 3C View Fig ). The spider is often found upside-down at the hub.
