Records from Rio de Janeiro State: Restinga de Maricá (local coordinates: 22°57’50”S; 42°50’44”W), material colected in Ocotea sp. vegetation ( Mendonça &Arlé 1992); Saquarema municipality (22º55’55.54”S; 42º29’12.26”W), litter between roots ( Mendonça & Arlé 1992); Restinga de Itaipuaçu (22°55’16”S; 42°32’49”W), sand dunes and flooded areas ( Fernandes & Mendonça 2004); Restinga de Maricá (22°57’50”S; 42°50’44”W), halophyte–psam- mophyte vegetation ( Fernandes & Mendonça 2007); Itaboraí municipality (22º44’50”S; 42º51’31”W), in pasture, areas of citrus fruits cultivation, eucalypus forest, sub-grove and riparian environment ( Mendonça et al. 2009); Tijuca National Park (22°55’– 23°01’S; 43°12’– 43°19’W), litter under rocks ( Mendonça et al. 2009); Restinga da Marambaia (23°02’37”S; 43°35’47”W), halophyte–psammophyte vegetation, guriri vegetation and dunes vegeta- tion (Silveira 2014); Restinga de Jurubatiba National Park (22°17’39”S; 41°40’53”W), halophyte–psammophyte vegetation, dunes vegetation and supralittoral vegetation (Silveira 2018); Costa do Sol State Park (22°56’88”S; 42°24’96”W), halophyte–psammophyte vegetation, dunes vegetation and supralittoral vegetation (Silveira 2018).
Occurrence in Brazil: Ceará, Bahia, Piauí, Pernambuco, Paraíba, Rio Grande do Norte, Espírito Santo and São Paulo .
