Host/Habitat. Apodemus speciosus View in CoL (large Japanese field mouse), Cervidae View in CoL (deer), Cricetulus barabensis (striped dwarf hamster), Cricetulus longicaudatus (long tailed dwarf hanster), Cricetulus triton (greater long-tailed hamster), Phodopus sungorus (Dzhungarian hamster), Rattus niviventer View in CoL (rat), Rattus norvegicus View in CoL (rat), rotten leaves in rat hole.

Distribution. Hunyuan, Taiyuan, Xingxian, Youyu, Zuoyun (Tian 1984); Shanxi ( Ren & Guo 2008; Ren & Guo 2009).

Remarks. It was recorded as Androlaelaps pavlovskii (Bregetova 1955) by Tian (1984), as Hypoaspis (Laelaspis) pavlovskii (Bregetova 1956) by Teng et al. (1993) and Hypoaspis pavlovskii (Bregetova 1956) by Ren and Guo (2008, 2009).
