Type species. Lumbricus corethrurus Müller, 1857
Diagnosis. Setae quincunx in the posterior region of body. One pair of male pores in clitellum. Three pairs of calciferous glands in segments 7, 8 and 9, structure type panicle-tubular. Genital apparatus metandric and metagynic.
