Diagnostic characters. (based on specimen collected in Vietnam). Body length: 15.1 mm; antenna length: 7.5 mm; fore wing length: 10.5 mm; ovipositor length: 12.6 mm.
Scape 1.4 × length pedicel; first flagellomere 1.1 × as long as scape, and 0.6 × length of second flagellomere; occipital carina lamelliform, complete; median occipital groove U-shaped, moderately deep and wide, 0.6 × diameter of an ocellus; vertex and temple evenly sparsely punctate; pronotum, in lateral view, with two projecting tooth-like processes, anterior tooth-like processes blunt, almost truncate apically; scutellum largely irregular rugulose; fore wing vein 3-Ma much shorter than vein 3-Mb; 2-Rs+M: 2-Ma+3-Ma = 3: 34; vein: 3-Mb fusing with 4-M; subapical hind coxal groove (ovipositor guide) deep, with sparse setae ( Fig. 18A), apical trochanteral groove wide and deep, trochantellus rather distinct ( Fig. 18B); tarsal claw with five tooth-like processes; fore wing membrane dark smoky brown, except discal cell, basal half of first submarginal cell and apex of basal cell light brown; large blackish brown spot occupying basal one third of marginal and apical half of first submarginal cells, second submarginal cell entirely blackish brown.
