Distribution. Chile. Región de Valparaíso: Los Andes Province (Río Blanco), Marga Marga Province(Colliguay, Limache, Olmué, NP La Campana, Paso del Agua, Qda. Alvarado), Quillota Province (Cuesta El Melón), Valparaíso Province (El Granizo, El Salto, Los Perales, Mantahua). Región Metropolitana de Santiago: Chacabuco Province (Caleu), Cordillera Province (El Canelo, El Manzano, Los Maitenes, NP Río Clarillo, Río Colorado), Santiago Province (La Florida, La Reina, Peñalolén, Quebrada Macul). Región de O’Higgins: Cachapoal Province (El Guindal), Colchagua Province (San Fernando). Región del Maule: Talca Province (Altos de Vilches) ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 ).

Comments. Bernardi (1973: 245) cited this species as distributed in Peru, and Chile (from Tarapacá to Maule). We consider this geographic distribution as erroneous, as for this species there is not any record for northern regions in Chile (from Region of Arica y Parinacota to Region of Coquimbo), nor any other record from Peru.
