Biology. This species has been observed visiting Ageratina glechonophylla (Less.) R.M. King & H. Rob. , Diostea juncea (Gillies & Hook.) Miers , F. appendiculata , Gardoquia gilliesii Graham , and the exotic Hebe sp. (Rodrigo Barahona-Segovia personal observations).
