Cacopsylla bidens ( Šulc, 1907)

Distribution. India ( Cho et al. 2017; Valle et al. 2017): Jammu and Kashmir ( Akbar et al. 2017), Uttarakhand ( Mathur 1975, as Psylla sp. 1, p.p.).

Host plant. Pyrus communis , P. pashia (Rosaceae) .

Comments. The material listed by Mathur (1975) under Psylla sp. is probably a mix of species. The two series from Pyrus spp. probably refer to C. bidens , the ones from Sorbus cuspidata and Stranvaesia nussia , however, to one or two other species.
